||Trans in Everyday Life
Drawing on both his own experience and those of trans people with whom he has worked, Elijah Nealy explores the nuances of negotiating trans identity in the context of everyday life - with friends and family, in restrooms and locker rooms, within faith communities and healthcare facilities, at gas stations and corner deli's, in our workplace and professional conferences, and our children's elementary schools - anywhere and everywhere gender is considered salient.
Guest Speaker Elijah C. Nealy, Ph.D.
